Its easy, place a dark object against a white wall sit back about 5 to 10 feet and just stare at the black object till you see the white light around it, thats the natural life force. if you don't see it at first keep trying take 10 minutes several times a day. also after looking at it for a few minutes you can try to try to look away from the dark object fast you will see the shape of the dark object on the wall in white light. That is what I call the natural life force image. Next if you want to see the natural life force in its rawest form you will need to go out side on a clear day. Find a comfortable spot to sit. Relax then stare into a clear blue area in the sky. Do Not look toward the sun might be best to have the sun at your back. When you master this you will start to see little bright dots swirling around in the sky!

After you begin to see the natural life force you will start to see it every where, the natural life force image any way. I have only been able to see the raw natural life force looking into a blue sky and some times into a bright cloudy sky. You will see it on the horizon you'll see it in people cars, houses and lots of other things. The more you practice viewing teh natural life force the brighter an d more intense it will be come, I have had times when I was focusing on it that the only thing I could see is Ligt so bright it blocks out all other images in your view! So you will want to be careful of where and when you are seriously focusing on the natural life force! It will temporarily blind you but not with darkness.
